How to avoid hangover from all the partying in college? There is really no way to avoid hangovers in college but there are few ways to cure hangover quickly.
1) Drink Lots of Water
Drink lots of water in order to flush away all the alcoholic contents in your body. Gatorade provides relief from hangover but pure water is the most effective in waking you up.
2) Coffee
Coffee is an effective way to cure hangover. However, caffeine can both treat and cause headaches so drink coffee wisely.
3) Food
Right before you attend college parties, eat lots of greasy food (or just food in general). It will allow slower absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream.
4) Exercise
Exercise will help alleviate hangover but it is not an effective way. You are probably dead tired from hangover and so you probably don't have the motivation to exercise. Exercise will speed up the flow of your bloodstream and thus digest the alcohol in your body.
I have tried all of them and I find drinking water is the most effective way. Trust me. You will need this when you go to college. College will be the place for the most parties you will ever experience. If you have any remedies for alleviating hangover, please comment below.
